Meet the Perin Industries Leadership Team

Jonathan Perin, M.S., University of Central Florida: President/CEO

Jonathan is proud to lead Perin Industries, one of just a few elite manufacturing facilities in the country offering both CNC sub-spindle and CNC multi-spindle machining. He recently returned to the family business after serving as program director for several of the nation’s largest hospital systems to continue his family’s 40-year legacy of industry leadership.
He has spent the last year setting a new strategic direction for Perin Industries, which he believes can revolutionize the turned precision machining industry. His driving goal is to constantly exceed customer expectations with top-quality work delivered on time and at highly competitive rates.

Michael Lowe, M.A., Denver University: Chief Financial Officer

Michael is a successful entrepreneur with a track record for accelerating companies by building strategic financial plans that predict future needs. Michael has played an integral role in partnering with German equipment-provider Index-Traub for future technology expansion. He seeks similar opportunities to keep Perin on the leading edge of the component part manufacturing industry. Michael also plays a key role in driving Perin’s future growth as an investor.

Abigail Rauch, B.A., Iowa State University: Plant Manager

A recent graduate of Iowa State University, Abigail has several years’ experience working at a large valve manufacturer as supply chain manager. Having grown into a family-owned business that ran multi-spindle screw machines, she’s very familiar with both the supply chain and production process needs of customers.

Edward Mays: Quality Manager

Edward has over 30 years in the aerospace maintenance and manufacturing engineering field. His expertise is in establishing quality programs that interface with FAA and ISO certifications. His keen understanding, implementation, auditing, and maintenance of quality systems in the regulatory environment is invaluable. Ed’s long list of educational and career achievements includes U.S. Marine veteran, licensed FAA airframe and powerplant mechanic, aerospace engineer, and certified AS9100 lead auditor.

Amanda Hancock, B.A., Iowa State University: Non-Medical Sales

In addition to over a decade in sales, Amanda has a strong educational background. She earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing with a minor in advertising. Amanda contributes her ongoing success to understanding her customers’ needs and working tirelessly to ensure they are happy with the products she represents. Her strengths include her collaborative spirit and commitment to assuring each of her customers’ unique needs are met.

Will Williams, B.A., North Carolina State University: Medical Sales

Will has partnered with Perin Industries after having spent the last decade in the orthopedic medical device industry at Zimmer Biomet. Having dealt directly with company products, he understands from the ground level the critical importance of having timely delivery of quality inventory and partnering only with suppliers that can keep up with production even when business is booming.
Therefore, he’ll connect with partners who can help reduce back orders and ease the burden of forecasting production while extending fast turnaround on the delivery of quality products that meet and exceed industry standards.
